APPLICATIONS:

Autotype CPS Press Wash UV is a all purpose ink cleaner for all screen printers that has a slow evaporation rate. This product features slow evaporation, does not contain Cyclohexanone, Toluene, Benzene, Xylene (BTX)Benefits and is environmentally friendly. This product performs as well as a more hazardous alternatives.



INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING & USE:

CPS Screen Wash is used after printing when the screen is going to be reclaimed. CPS Screen Wash UV is suitable for automatic or manual cleaning. For manual use the product is designed to be applied with a blue CPS Brush and rinsed with water, prior to removing the stencil.


Working Instructions for Autotype CPS Press Wash UV:


Step 1: Apply Autotype CPS Press Wash UV to screen or Press.

Step 2: Leave for two minutes.

Step 3: Rinse with mains pressure washer.

Step 4: Final clean with high pressure washer.

Step 5: Ready to apply stencil remover.


Autotype CPS Press Wash UV Additional Information:

Suitable for automatic or manual cleaning. This product is designed to be applied with a blue CPS Brush and rinsed with water, prior to removing the stencil. CPS endorses best industry practice that operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling all chemical products, even those classified as 'non-hazardous’. Recommended PPE for CPS Products includes gloves and safety glasses (or goggles when handling larger quantities). CPS endorses best industry practice and manual handling of 25 and 210 liter containers should be risk assessed and suitable controls put in place. Use of mechanical handling equipment may be necessary.



Shelf Life And Storage of Autotype CPS Press Wash UV:

Products should be kept in original packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or UV light sources. Under the recommended storage conditions, the optimum shelf life is 2 years at a storage temperature of 0-30°C (30-90°F).
