Camie 380 Screen Printers’ Adhesive is specifically designed as a pressure-sensitive pallet adhesive that does not stain, offers quick tack, has low soak-in and will not wrinkle fine materials. Camie 380 remains pressure-sensitive for an extended period of time. It is excellent for making short-term bonds and releasing from the garment.

APPLICATIONS

Camie 380 was made specially to be a pressure-sensitive pallet adhesive.  It will not stain, offers quick tack, has a low soak-in, and doesn't wrinkle fine materials.  It is great when your goal is making short term bonds or releasing from the garment. Camie 380 will even remain pressure sensitive for extended periods of time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING & USE

Do not handle Camie 380 before you have read all the proper safety precautions and are sure that you understand them completely.  You should never make any attempt to spray Camie 380, if the spray button is missing or defective. This product should only be used with equipment that is non-sparking and is explosion-proof. Avoid breathing in the gas, dust, mist, vapors or fumes when using Camie 380, and making contact with the skin or eyes.  Proper safety attire should be used when handling this product. Use protective eyewear, gloves, and chemical resistant clothing.


Camie 380 can be very useful when doing multicolored designs or even during single color prints. It is advised to adhere your garment to a platten just in case your first pass with the squeegee fails to make solid coverage, and you find it necessary to drop the screen again for a second pass.  A liquid glue can be used if you are doing a lot of flash curing or on a platten.


Disposal:

Proper disposal should be in accordance with all applicable regulations. Visit a licensed waste disposal site to collect and reclaim or dispose sealed containers.   Never crush, puncture, or incinerate containers. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local , regional, national and international regulations.

Follow the label warnings on the side of your Camie 380 when disposing of this product, and be aware that empty containers may contain residue.  Avoid releasing this product into the environment, as it is harmful to aquatic life with possible long lasting effects.


Stability and Reactivity:

When operating under normal conditions for use, transportation and storage, this product is expected to be non-reactive and stable.  Hazardous polymerization does not occur with this product. There are not known hazardous decomposition for this product. Regardless it is advised that this product avoids contact with incompatible materials, sources of ignition, flames, and sparks.



INSTRUCTIONS FOR STORAGE

The proper way to store Camie 380 is in its original pressurized container. This product should not be exposed to extreme heat greater than 122 °F or 50 °C, and it should be kept out of direct sunlight.  Do not store near an open flame, heat, or other possible sources of ignition. Always store Camie 380 in a well ventilated place.
