When in diluted form, Chemical Consultants ER/80 Super Concentrate Emulsion Remover will quickly and economically remove all types of photopolymer, diazo or capillary film on all types of mesh. Chemical Consultants ER/80 Super Concentrate Emulsion Remover will not crystalize, coagulate or plug spray tips in automated spray systems.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING & USE:
When in diluted form, ER/80 will quickly and economically remove all types of photopolymer, diazo or capillary film on all types of mesh. ER/80 will not crystalize, coagulate or plug spray tips in automated spray systems.Remove any ink residue and flush the screen with water.Dilute 1 part of ER/80 with 10-30 parts of water. Apply product on the print side of screen. Allow sufficient time to penetrate the coating, approximately 30 seconds. *Completely rinse your ER/80 container for complete product usage.Rinse thoroughly with high pressure water.

Products should be kept in original packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or UV light sources. Under the recommended storage conditions, the optimum shelf life is 2 years at a storage temperature of 0-30°C (30-90°F).
